Self Worthy!
Today the concept of self worth and self-esteem came up on my radio show. At many points in life you will feel down and out and not worthy of good in life. Going within and connecting with source energy, or your intuition, you can feel at the very core of you is love. If for one moment you can connect with that energy, you will know that is truly who you are.
Understanding that source energy is working through you because it is you, will help you to allow the flow of life easily. Everything is temporary. All conditions are temporary. You don’t have a job a mate right now, doesn’t mean you will always be without.
Finding ways to help build or reconnect your self esteem and self worth will ultimately connect you with yourself. It will empower you and energize you to make the shifts necessary to create a life deliberately rather than life creating you.
Just for today, affirm that you are in the process of loving and approving of yourself right now. Just for today, say to yourself I am worthy of a good life, a good mate and good job. Just for today, know that this too shall pass.

Mastermind Consciousness
There is great energy of commitment, connection, enthusiasm and creation that comes with the synergy of a Mastermind Group. I have benefited from the energy of my group for the past year and a half. Our group was created to support each other’s dreams and goals whether they be personal or professional, through safety, respect, compassion and open communication. In the next few weeks, I will share with you some of the steps for using mastermind consciousness.
What is a mastermind group?
The concept of the Mastermind Group was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900′s. In his timeless classic, “Think And Grow Rich” he wrote about the Mastermind principle as:
“The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”
“No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind.”
In my Mastermind Group, we created an agenda that we generally follow. Participation is a key. We meet once a month and have weekly e-mail check in. Each of us are accountable to show up, be present and offer valuable feedback for each member.
What I have gotten out of the group is the value of the different skill sets of each of the participants. I witness real progress in both my business and personal life. Networking has helped me to expand my world in both work and business. While my goals are different from the group, I have a sense of shared accomplishment. I know that I can call any of the members for support and care.
We have shared interests in that we are all interested in growing spiritually and personally. We have similar thinking when it comes to a holistic approach to life. We all commit to each other and our meetings. Each of us had reached and or exceeded our goals with the support of the group.
When our meeting starts, we begin by creating a sacred space and intending that the Mastermind worth with us and through us for the support of all members in the highest good. Each meeting a different member guides the group. We then read together the Eight Steps into the Mastermind Consciousness. These steps remind of what we believe in regards to the Mastermind Consciousness.
The first step is I Surrender, I admit that only in cooperation and co-creation with my highest self, the Mastermind, do I have the power to solve my problems and the power to improve my life.
We acknowledge that in surrendering our egos and cooperating and collaborating together along with the divine side of our natures can we really improve our situations. The energy that flows through us when we surrender always helps us clarify the situation and be open to the possible solution or solutions.
In our last meeting, I mentioned something that I had been struggling with. I was somewhat embarrassed to bring it up, but in allowing myself to surrender, I received great clarity and guidance. Today, I feel clearer and more at peace with the direction of my life.
Next week, I’ll discuss the second step into Mastermind Consciousness.
