What are you creating today?
I pulled the angel card “Creativity” today. It reminded me of how we are all artists of our lives. We are creating our lives through our thoughts, feelings, words we use and actions we take. Each day is an experience of that combination.
When I think of creativity, I think more in terms of expressing myself through art. We can use art to reduce stress, release anger, resolve conflicts, get in touch with feelings and to give voice to your soul.
Today, I invite you to explore yourself through art. Pick up that box of crayons or glue gun and create something. You don’t have to be Martha Stewart, just allow the energy of creativity to flow.

Good Earth
The earth is important part of our living. My Wednesday Radio Show is dedicated to becoming aware of things that are affecting us. It may be chemicals, or food or messages from Mother Earth. I am becoming aware of organizations that are doing good in the world from a healthy earth, healthy environment point of view.
This week I want to recognize Echo Valley Farms of http:www.echovalleyhope.org. Echo Valley Hope is an educational and charitable nonprofit corporation created by a group of people wanting to make a difference. Echo Valley Hope seeks to educate the general public and supports the efforts of similar organizations in all aspects of sustainable living and initiatives of peace.
Charitable activities include providing good nutritious food and clean water to those in need from disaster or long term disadvantage. Recognizing that community begins with empowered individuals, Echo Valley Hope supports educational and charitable nonprofit organizations, which promote the well being of all people.
They are honored by Wisconsin Trail magazine’s Editor Harriet Brown, for her selection of Echo Valley Hope as one of “20+ People Making A Difference” in the January/February 2008 annual conservation issue.

Self Worthy!
Today the concept of self worth and self-esteem came up on my radio show. At many points in life you will feel down and out and not worthy of good in life. Going within and connecting with source energy, or your intuition, you can feel at the very core of you is love. If for one moment you can connect with that energy, you will know that is truly who you are.
Understanding that source energy is working through you because it is you, will help you to allow the flow of life easily. Everything is temporary. All conditions are temporary. You don’t have a job a mate right now, doesn’t mean you will always be without.
Finding ways to help build or reconnect your self esteem and self worth will ultimately connect you with yourself. It will empower you and energize you to make the shifts necessary to create a life deliberately rather than life creating you.
Just for today, affirm that you are in the process of loving and approving of yourself right now. Just for today, say to yourself I am worthy of a good life, a good mate and good job. Just for today, know that this too shall pass.

Purification
Purifying and Purging
Today the angel card that I pulled was “Purification.” The definition is the act or instance of cleansing or cleaning. Well, that’s what I’m doing today, cleansing and cleaning. I’m taking out the trash, cleaning off my altar and purifying my space to start a new week.
My ritual is using some Purification essential oil from Young Living and putting some in a spray bottle to cleanse the air of any odors from cooking etc. I’m also dusting and vacuuming and making sure that the floor is clean also.
To prepare my workspace I put fresh candles in holders and wipe down my space with Steady Work oil from Coventry Creations. This gets things ready for clients and helps me to attract new energy by clearing out the old.
Another great thing to purify my space is to make sure the bathroom is cleaned and all garbage is taken out and a new hand towel replaces the old one. The room that I feel may hold all the energy that needs to be removed is the bathroom. I will also fill a bowl with rice or sea salt and place it on a shelf or on the back of the toilet bowl.
While I’m doing the purification of my home, I do it with mindfulness and with care.
This sets the tone of the week as well as provides a spiritual exercise in mindfulness. Purifying and purging anything that feels stale and stuck allows for new and better energy to come into my home and work area.
